Daytime support is designed to gently guide you through your postpartum experience while providing hands-on help, reassurance, and space to adjust to life with your newborn.
During the day, I focus on supporting both you and your baby—offering education, light guidance, and practical help so you can feel more confident and at ease in your new rhythm.
Whether you need an extra set of hands, emotional support, or guidance through newborn care, I’m there to support you in a way that feels calm, flexible, and aligned with your needs.
Newborn care and hands-on support
Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle, or combination)
Light education on newborn care (bathing, soothing, cues)
Emotional support and check-ins for mom
Light baby-related tasks (laundry, bottle washing, organizing)
Creating gentle daytime rhythms (not strict schedules)

4-hour shifts (9 AM – 1 PM)
All daytime support is offered in flexible hour-based packages, allowing your family to receive consistent care while adjusting support as needed.
Your hours can be used at a pace that works best for your family (typically 2–4 visits per week). This flexible approach allows your care to evolve as your needs change.
