Overnight Doula Support

Those early weeks with a newborn can feel both magical and overwhelming—especially when sleep is limited. My overnight postpartum support is designed to give you the rest and peace of mind you deserve, while knowing your baby is in loving, capable hands.

During the night, I provide full care for your baby so you can truly rest. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a combination of both, I support your feeding goals in a way that feels gentle and sustainable for you. I bring a calm, nurturing presence into your home—so you can wake up feeling more restored and supported.

Overnight support may include:

  • Full newborn care throughout the night

  • Bringing baby to you for feeds or handling feeds based on your preference

  • Diapering, soothing, and resettling baby

  • Breastfeeding support and guidance

  • Washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts

  • Baby laundry and light nursery organization

  • Tracking feeds, diaper changes, and sleep patterns

  • Creating a peaceful, supportive overnight environment
