  • A postpartum doula provides physical, emotional, and educational support to families during the early weeks after bringing baby home. My role is to nurture both baby and parents—so you feel supported, rested, and confident.

  • I offer both overnight and daytime postpartum support, including:

    • Newborn care

    • Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding)

    • Diapering, soothing, and sleep support

    • Light baby-related tidying (bottles, laundry, nursery organization)

    • Emotional support and guidance for parents

  • My standard overnight shift is 10 PM – 6 AM (8 hours). During this time, I care for your baby so you can rest, while keeping you informed and supported throughout the night.

    Day support is offered in 4-hour shifts (9 AM – 1 PM) and focuses more on hands-on guidance, education, and helping you feel confident in your routine with baby.

  • Yes! Every family is different. If my standard packages don’t fully fit your needs, we can create a custom plan that feels aligned and supportive for your family.

  • I recommend booking during your second or early third trimester to ensure availability. However, I do accept last-minute and immediate support requests when I have openings.

  • Yes! I provide basic breastfeeding support, including positioning, latch guidance, and encouragement. If needed, I can also refer you to trusted lactation consultants for additional support.

  • I primarily serve families in San Diego County and surrounding areas. Travel may be available upon request.
